How does our gym work?

When you sign up for a package at Turning Point, you choose how many days a week you want to work with one of our elite trainers and then we will start cranking out workouts specific to your goals. There is no goal too small or too big for us, and we always produce BIG RESULTS! 


You’ll also receive unlimited access to our conditioning camps which are high intensity interval training sessions designed to turn your body into a fat burning furnace while maintaining your hard-earned lean mass . In addition you well receive an Inbody scan with custom nutrition plan.

What programs do we offer?

We offer 45-60 minute training sessions where the focus is on natural, science-based training techniques that are results driven. Our programs include: strength and conditioning, semi-private training, camps, team training, prenatal and postnatal training, show prep, and sport specific training.
