What are the different packages I can choose?

  • 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week of semi-private with unlimited camps and custom nutrition plan

  • Couple and family packages for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week with unlimited camps and custom nutrition plan

  • Unlimited camps and camp drop-in classes are also available

  • InBody testing

  • InBody testing with a custom nutrition plan

When are the unlimited camp times?

Unlimited Camps are:

Monday through Friday at 6AM & 8 AM

Saturday at 8 AM

Monday and Thursday at 12PM
Monday through Thursday at 7 PM

What programs do we offer?

We offer 45-60 minute training sessions where the focus is on natural, science-based training techniques that are results driven. Our programs include: strength and conditioning, semi-private training, camps, team training, prenatal and postnatal training, show prep, and sport specific training.

       STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

 

We provide customized strength and conditioning training for a variety of goals. This covers sport specific goals to general populations goals such as better performance, weight loss, lean muscle gain, and rehabilitation.

Semi-Private Training
       SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Our semi-private or small group training guarantees an athlete-to-coach ratio of no more than a 5:1. Each client will follow an individualized program based on the results of an initial one-on-one assessment.

       GROUP CAMPS

Our camps are a mix between conditioning and strength training. There are typically 15-30 clients per camp.

Team Training
       TEAM TRAINING

 

Designed to train any sports team to achieve their specific goals as an individual and as a team.

Prenatal and Postnatal Training
       PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL TRAINING

 

Allows women to maintain and develop fitness during their pregnancy creating an environment for an easier labor and less time to take off the baby weight.

We break down your sport and what weaknesses you might have and train you to preform better for that specific sport.
